Detailed instructions on how to get in and out of the poses.

 

Focus on strength and stamina, flexibility and balance, concentration and meditation inaction.

 

Detailed instructions on gentle and specific way of breathing based on ancient yoga texts. Some classes offer special breathing techniques, called Pranayama.

 

Modifications and options are offered in all classes.

 

Every month the focus is on different family of poses and yoga texts to deepen the knowledge of anatomy and philosophy.

 

Understanding Yoga philosophy is an important part of yoga journey and this knowledge is shared in every class that helps become a more conscious person. All classes are rooted in centuries old yoga texts.

All Levels Yoga Flow- 75 Minutes

This class will teach yoga poses with detailed alignment cues and breathing techniques. The class is moderately paced and 75 minutes long to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures. This class is designed for students who have prior knowledge of yoga and are eager to deepen their understanding and experience of yoga. This class often has a Pranayama towards the beginning or end of the class.

YIN Class

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules etc. Each poses is held for a longer period of time and poses are either seated or reclined. This practice not only improves the range of motion, provides circulation, opens the meridians which are energy channels but also has several mental benefits. This class is very popular amongst those who lead a stressful life.

All Levels Yoga Flow- 60 minutes

This class will teach yoga poses with detailed alignment cues and breathing techniques. The class is moderately paced and 60 minutes long to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures. This class is designed for beginning and intermediate students eager to deepen their understanding and experience of yoga.

Beginners Class

This class is great for those who are just starting their yoga practice or working with injuries. This beginner class focuses on fundamentals of overall practice and every pose is broken down to develop that necessary skill to have a strong foundation to work from. This class slow paced and gentle. want to share with your visitors.
